Store Policies

All sales are final.  Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.  

Items may be returned for exchange or in store credit for the amount of the item, minus return shipping. Items need to be returned packaged as they were shipped, in new condition with no odors, use or damage.  Refund credit will be issued after item is returned and inspected.  

Custom orders are non-refundable.  The custom order process is personal, and you will have lots of communication regarding your custom order in advance of me making the item.
